  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 cup child spinach
  • 3 kiwis (recent or frozen)
  • 1½ servings (48g) Biogen Lean Whey, Vanilla flavour
